Cordova Community Pool
Demolition of existing swimming pools and construction of a 10-lane swimming pool, activity pool with lap lanes and a 3,604 square foot equipment/locker room. Included new pool decking, pedestrian lighting and code compliant fencing.
Dry Creek Community Park
Construction of community park for the County of Placer. Project included park entrance, parking, restroom concession, baseball field, soccer field, tot lot, site utilities, fencing, paved concrete trails, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, kiosk, pavilion, basketball courts and tennis courts.
American Canyon Senior Multi-Use Center
Remodel of a former 3,222 square-foot police station to a senior multi-use center for the City of American Canyon. Included demo of exterior and interior walls, full structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades with various architectural improvements and amenities with complete change to existing hardscape and landscape.
Orangevale Recreation and Park District Activities Building
Construction of a new 3,200 square foot wood framed building with site improvements at the Orangevale Community Center.
Esparto Community Pool
Construction of new community park and 3,305 square-foot aquatic center with an 8-lane lap pool & wading pool, field toilets, and a snack bar. Site improvements included a walking path with an accessible pedestrian foot bridge, basketball court, little league field, soccer fields, picnic area and a building with a meeting room and separate changing areas.
